# Hacktoberfest 2023

A joyful and heartfelt salute to a remarkable milestone – a decade of unwavering commitment and participation in this incredible journey. It fills me with immense pride to reflect on the years gone by, where I stood shoulder to shoulder with fellow enthusiasts, conquering challenges year after year.

As I pen down these thoughts, there's a tinge of nostalgia, for it's become somewhat of a tradition to sport those coveted T-shirts proudly. Yet, I find solace in the bigger picture, where our collective efforts transcend mere attire. It's about the spirit of camaraderie and the shared purpose of making a difference in the world of technology.

This year, I decided to take a proactive approach, meticulously preparing in advance to hit the ground running when the event kicked off. The result? Lightning-fast pull requests that not only met the deadline but also left me with ample time to contribute even more throughout the month.

Here's a glimpse of the projects that received my assistance:

1. [**React-Admin Extensions Language Translation**](https://github.com/BlackBoxVision/react-admin-extensions#ra-extensions)**:** I took up the task of updating the Spanish language file for the incredible [React-Admin](https://marmelab.com/react-admin/) project. It may be a small win, but every contribution counts.

2. [**Tiddlywiki Language Translation**](https://tiddlywiki.com/)**:** I've made a personal commitment to keep the Spanish translation of this invaluable tool up-to-date, ensuring that more people can benefit from its brilliance.

Speaking of Tiddlywiki, I can't help but share my enthusiasm for this cognitive extension. It's true that it has a steep learning curve, much like the tools I tend to gravitate towards, but the rewards it offers are immeasurable. It's like an extension of your mind, helping you organize and access information like never before.

3. [**coreBOS GenDoc Update**](https://corebos.com)**:** My home. I updated the [Document Generation tool](https://corebos.com/docs_grav/configuration-tools/gendoc) with the latest fixes and enhancements, with a special focus on supporting links within text and images, as well as support for denormalizing the Documents module.

4. [**ADODB Issue Fix**](https://adodb.org/)**:** While keeping an eye on the project that coreBOS relies on, I stumbled upon an issue that needed attention. Without hesitation, I jumped in to lend a helping hand, because that's what this initiative is all about – supporting each other.

Yet another year of participating in this heartwarming initiative, where the joy of giving back to the open-source community knows no bounds. Here's to ten years of growth, learning, and making a difference together. Cheers to many more years of collaboration and achievement!

**Happy 10th Anniversary!!**
